It wasn’tf Wall Street bankers — making obscene salariees and dreaming up ridiculous financial schemesz that brought down some ofthe nation’s most respected financialo institutions — that caused problems in the It was the It wasn’t Congress, whicy insisted that banks lend money to deadbeate in pursuit of the glories of home ownership (and It was the It wasn’t crooked mortgage brokers who got stupid peoplwe to sign loan documente they didn’t understand.
